Came here with my boyfriend for a date and our experience was amazing! We each picked a piece of pottery to paint and had a blast! I was suprised at how reasonable the prices were and that it included the glazes and firing process (my napkin holder was $30 and his mug was $18). We also got some drinks to enjoy from the Cafe while painting! Our pieces were ready to be picked up within 10 days! Definitly make a reservation if your going in the evening or at night! And it seemed like you could bring your own food and drink to! I will definitly be returning with my family and friends!

My mom and daughter started going here a few months ago. So cute and fun. They even have a little Cafe while you paint. Definitely recommend reservations though!

My daughter and I came for canvas painting, as we have done 3 times in the past. Upon checking in for our reservation we were informed they no longer do canvas paintings, but offered canvas painting classes. I asked if they could make an accommodation and we could paint a canvas as my young daughter was very disappointed. They staff/manager was extremely rude and dismissive and said no accommodations. Place is very chaotic, RUDE staff. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. We took our business elsewhere to Muse-West Hartford which was way better experience.

Me , my wife and my mother in law we went to the Firestone. It was a great experience. My mother in law loved the experience. She is traveling from India and she really liked this idea of adults enjoying these colouring and pottery activities along with their grand children and children. We all picked a piece and painted and then compared who's looked better! It was really fun day.

We've been here a few times and it's been a wonderful experience each time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the studio is clean and organized. My children love to visit and spend a couple of hours painting and hanging out, and are always excited to bring their pieces home. We are very interested in experiencing some of the other programs offered here.
