My daughter and I came for canvas painting, as we have done 3 times in the past. Upon checking in for our reservation we were informed they no longer do canvas paintings, but offered canvas painting classes. I asked if they could make an accommodation and we could paint a canvas as my young daughter was very disappointed. They staff/manager was extremely rude and dismissive and said no accommodations. Place is very chaotic, RUDE staff. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. We took our business elsewhere to Muse-West Hartford which was way better experience.
